Business Consultant:  

Location: AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC & SK


Position Summary: 

Business Consultant is responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and regions. Manage quality and consistency of product & service delivery.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.


Job Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Lead Generator/Appointment Setter:

Location: ON, & QC


Position Summary:

The Lead Generator / Appointment Setter is responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis to business owners, keeping notes of calls and activities and updating information in a proprietary customer database. This person is responsible for following-up with contacts they make, and setting new appointments for our account executives

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and new database provided by Account Executives
  • Source new leads and set appointments for business consultants
  • Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
  • Promote employer services and externship opportunities to these businesses
  • Report daily and weekly activities
  • Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Don’t need to sell


Job Requirements:

  • Bright, energetic and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Professional attitude and polished telephone communication skills
  • Must have strong customer service and listening skills and be able to represent the employer positively to local business owners
  • Must be computer literate using common applications, including Word, Excel and email
  • Must know how to navigate and do research on the internet
  • Previous telemarketing experience in appointment setting, collections, or outbound customer service preferred
  • Business to business sales experience a plus
